ncnn-zig

Prebuilt static ncnn libraries, compiled with Zig as the C/C++ toolchain.

There are two variants. The CPU build has no C++ standard library or OpenMP dependency, so any C or Zig toolchain can link it. The GPU build adds Vulkan, loaded at runtime. Linux builds target glibc 2.28 so the result runs on older distros.
